Refund Policy

Since Texas Association of Fire Educators is offering non-tangible irrevocable service we do not issue refunds once you register and pay your dues. As a member you are responsible for understanding this upon registering for membership on our site. 

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place. 

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons: 
Dues that are paid or charged more than once in a calendar year. This could be due to billing, duplication of charges or invoicing that is the sole responsibility of TAFE. Clear evidence must be provided proving that dues or payment were in fact in error. Complaints which are based merely on the memberships false expectations or wishes are not honored. 

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our services. We don't guarantee that our services are fully compatible with your expectations but we do have a responsibility to uphold our mission in the way stated.
