The association is comprised of dedicated individuals interested in and involved in training the fire service of tomorrow. Our association motto is

 

"To promote education in the fire service in the State of Texas".

Membership is attained through a registration form or through nomination by an active member. Our officers are elected by the membership and their duties are outlined in our constitution and by-laws.

The association holds an annual conference in January each year in which presenters from across the entire United States (and Texas) provide educational opportunities for the fire service instructors in the state. This conference provides an excellent resource for training that can be taken back and provided to your department, as well as invaluable networking opportunities.

The association provides a quarterly newsletter with training resources for our members, and additional membership benefits which are being added as the association grows. We hope you find this site useful and check often for updates.
